We offer an experienced comprehensive Legal Process Service conducting Process Serving daily, with collections from the County Court and Magistrates’ Courts in the East Midlands: - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Mansfield, Newark, Derby, Derbyshire, Burton upon Trent, Chesterfield, Leicester, Leicestershire, Lincoln, County Court and Magistrates’ Courts, specialising in conducting the personal service of all legal documents on behalf of all our local county councils, district councils and solicitors, locally and nationally.

Our fixed fee of £65 plus VAT for Process Service is inclusive of collection, mileage and three attempts within a 10-mile radius of Nottingham City Centre, Derby City Center and NG10. Mileage is supplementary outside of our radius.

We pride ourselves in carrying out urgent instructions and regularly deal with tight timescales. Occasionally collecting, serving and swearing an Affidavit of Service within 12 hours! We carry out our first attempt at service of the legal documents within 24 hours of receipt or collection of the documents. We can accept receipt of documents by way of collection from Solicitors offices, County & Magistrates’ Courts, facsimile, email or by post.

On request we will prepare and provide the necessary certification of service whether it be a sworn Affidavit, signed Certificate of Service or Statement of Service or Court produced forms for example: FP6, EX550, Form C9, FL415

We also regularly make and attend appointments to carry out Personal Process Service upon persons currently detained with HM Prisons HM Young Offender Institutes and are registered as with HMP Nottingham, HMYOI Glen Parva, HMP Leicester, HMP Stocken, HMP Ranby, HMP Doncaster, HMP Werrington, HMP Sudbury, HMP Whatton, HMYOI Stoke Heath, HMP Stafford, HMP Lincoln, HMP New Hall

Service of documents upon the Respondent, Defendant, Applicant or Persons Unknown: -

If personal service is unable to occur and where necessary enquiries have confirmed that that the defendant/respondent no longer continues to reside at the property, we also offer an individual location tracing service if a person proves to be illusive and further investigation into locating their current address is required. We can search various databases to locate addresses and also conduct debtor searches to locate an address of a debtor.
